Deux beaux appartements dans un ancien palais vénitien dans le quartier de San Marco, au coeur de Venise. Ils sont situés à une minute de l'arrêt du vaporetto San Samuele-Palazzo Grassi (Ligne 2) et à 5 minutes de l'arrêt Sant'Angelo (ligne 1 et Alilaguna) et de l'arrêt Accademia. Ils sont près de tout mais dans un coin tranquille.

VEAP121: appartement bien soigné situé au deuxième étage. Il comprend un hall d'entrée, salon avec fenêtre trilobée et confortable canapé-lits, chambre double, cuisine et salle de bain avec douche.
Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes

VEAP122: Appartement exclusif au rez de chaussée surélevé équipée avec coin spa jacuzzi adjacent au salon et comprenant une mini-piscine jacuzzi et douche émotionnelle. Il se compose d'un salon avec canapé-lit pour 2 (mais plus petit qu'un canapé-lit double ordinaire), une cuisine (avec table pour 5 personnes), une chambre double, une autre chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bains.
Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Séjour minimum: 4 nuits (on peut accepter aussi 3 nuits, mai il y a un supplément)

Les deux appartements sont équipés de:
- Accès à la petite terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble où vous pourrez profiter d'un magnifique vue des toits de Venise et du clocher de Saint-Marc.

Bellissimo l'appartamento, molto ben attrezzato e preparato. Molto vicino alla fermata del vaporetto línea 2.

We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was very modern excellent tv satellite sound system and spa. However in the description it said there was a nespresso machine which there wasnt also there was no bottled of wine when we arrived or mineral water as advertised. The apartment had a very good location and easy to find your way to all.major attractions 5mins walk to anywhere and just off the san samuele swater stop. The rooms were very big and there was a washing machine however it did not dry the clothes so even though we were able to wash them nothing would dry in time even with he heating on so we could not dry out wet or clothes and were in damp.clothes most of the trip.the bed was comfy however there was only one light blanket and only 2 pillows available we usually have more or the option to have more also we could not find any extra blankets we had a cot set up in the room which was appreciated but they did not have any blankets for the baby bed just 1 sheet . The spa is very nice and cleaned daily but it cam be smelly they try their best to mask the smell with numerous sprays and etc around the room but thr water is cleaned after each persons stay. The lady Letizia who welcomed us was very informative and we were able to reach the apartment with less fuss she was able to be in touch throughout our stay which was very handy as our origional flight was cancelled so we werr delayed a few hours until another was found and they kindly allowed us to keep our bags there a few extra hours. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and loved the apartment just wondered where some hings were that were advertiadvertized and if they could have the option of more pillows and a extra blanket to be more comfortable thanks again for the stay
