Located in the Fondamenta Penini, in the historic area of Arsenale and Corderie, directly opposite the Church of San Martino.
It enjoys a quiet contests and the convenience of easy access to the main tourist routes and in just ten minutes walking you can reach the central Piazza San Marco, while in just 5 minutes walking you can reach the vaporetto stop of 'arsenal.

Pretty apartment (70mq2) on the first floor of a typical Venetian palace, completely restored and elegantly furnished. Consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a large and confortable living room with sofa bed and kitchen amenities. It has fans and heating.

Very bright, offers a nice view of the channel below, it is furnished with much care and provided with every comfort.

It can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment was very good and perfect for where we needed to be in Venice. My only comment is the inconvenience in having to pay the rental fee in cash + another €200 euros for a security deposit. This is a lot of money to be carrying around in your wallet and I think it would be better for your guests to be able to pay the rental fee by credit card at the time of the internet booking.
