Comfortable apartment in Sestiere San Marco, few minutes from the famous square and 100 meters from the Museum of Palazzo Grassi.
The central location of the property is an excellent starting point to visit easily the immense cultural and artistic heritage of the city.

The house is arranged on two floors (ground and 1st). Has a nice entrance in the lower level, a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge and oven) a bathroom and a spacious living room with TV and sofa bed.
The upper floor offers two spacious and bright double bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.

At guests' disposal there is air conditioning, washing machine, stereo HI-FI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
In addition there will be everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, etc.) and the minimum for cooking (olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.).

On request there is the additional service of connecting to the Internet.

The price includes linen, towels and final cleaning.

The structure can host up to 7 people with a camp bed in the bedroom.

The location of this apartment was ideal. Walking distance to the square, only a couple of stops on the vaporetto from Rialto etc. There are two double bedrooms so any other sleeping is on the sofa bed downstairs. We ate in sometimes and it was so nice to have that option. The flat was clean and neat. The furniture is old and tired, and there is only one air conditioning unit in the upstairs hall. This means, in the middle of the summer heat; only the bedrooms stay cool enough to sleep in and that means leaving both doors open. A very reasonable price for the location and facilities it has. I would go there again - but maybe when the weather was a bit cooler!
