Short Time Apartments Rental in Venice and Bed & Breakfast

The apartment is on first floor, so no high water, in a nice building surrounded by a large private garden in the heart of the city in Sestiere Dorsoduro, a residential but prestigious area. Dorsoduro is the second Sestiere (after San Marco) where you can find the most important museums and churches of Venice.

The apartment is convenient for easily walk to many important places of Venice. The famous Bridge of the Academy is just 15 minutes. You can continue to walk for 15 minutes and you can find the Rialto Bridge. The apartment is excellent for its quick and easy location from the station of Saint Lucia (10 minutes), from Piazzale Roma (less than 10 minutes). Very close to the apartment we can find a bar, bakery, restaurants, hairdressers, dry cleaning, tobacconist ...

It consists of a large bright living room with kitchenette, where we can find an LCD TV with built-in DVD player, a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is separated from the drawing-room by a separè plasterboard, and there are a table and chairs, it is equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and everything else for cooking.

The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with double bed, two twin beds and a roomy closet. The living and sleeping areas are connected to the bathroom, and it consists of a spacious shower, a washing machine, two sinks and a large mirror. After it there are the bathroom with window. Outside the apartment, but still inside the building we can find a common laundry room.

To make your stay more enjoyable are available: vacuum cleaner, fan, DVD player, hair dryer, baby free cot on request.
