Level 2 - a spiral staircase goes to a loft with 2 single beds and a sofa; a double bedroom with a double bed (no single beds); a private bathroom with window, shower, basin, bidet, WC, and hairdryer; a second double bedroom with a double bed; a second bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, WC, hairdryer and washing machine

Level 3 - private terrace of 8 square meters, with table and chairs, where you can sit and admire the typical roofs view

At guests' disposal: air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating.

The closest public boat stop (vaporetti) is Rialto. There are direct connections by boat with Marco Polo airport and piazzale Roma.
