Public boat stop:(vaporetti): Giardini-Biennale, lines 1,2,N - Sant'Elena, line 1 (is not necessary to use the public boats). Direct lines to Murano, Burano, Lido's beaches 1 stop

Overview:
- completely restored - warm wooden floor - ceilings over 3 meters
- autonomous heating
- first floor (USA second floor) no problem of 'acqua alta' (high tide)

The apartment was very nice and clean. Also the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the Biennale and only one stop away from the Lido. Another advantage is that it's not too touristy, however, one is a bit further away from the liveliness of the Venice center. Nevertheless it's close to a few bars and grocery shops and a ten minute walk from Via Garibaldi. All in all we can only recommend it!
