Luxury apartment at second/last floor of a typical Venetian residence in the sestiere Castello. The location, very close to the Biennale Gardens and to the ancient Arsenale is very quiet, but also very conveniently placed to visit all of Venice. The recent renovation of the apartment has highlighted the high ceilings with wooden beams and the luminosity provided by the wide windows and excellent exposure.

You will find all the comforts: hair dryer and hair straightener, microwave, toaster, dishwasher,washing machine, digital satellite TV, air conditioner and heating in all the rooms, wi-fi, iron and ironing board, baby bed (to confirm upon booking), sheets and towels for all of You. The apartment offers a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 7 people and a double sofa bed.

The sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms equipped as follows:
- A queen size double bed, a big wardrobe with a full length mirror and a bathroom
- Double bed or a queen size bed (upon booking, it can be arranged into two single beds), a big wardrobe with a full length mirror and a dresser.
- A small bedroom with a single bed in an open loft. The second bathroom is between the living and the sleeping area. The rental price includes all consumptions, linen (sheets and towels for each guest).

An extra fixed 127 euro fee for final cleaning and reception must be paid directly to the welcome guide. It is located in the truly Venetian district “Castello”, between the Arsenale and the wonderful Biennale gardens.
