General rules

In order to simplify the process, we presented this section as several steps to follow.
The apartments we propose you on our site are personaly ran by their owners, who personalise the technical gestion details of their management, as booking modalities, keys consignation, caution ecc... There are some variations for each apartment but quite slight in general.

How to book?
The easiest way is to fulfill the form with a maximum of details regarding your exigence. Once we get your request, sent by E-mail or by fax, we'll send you our answer regarding the vacancies as soon as possible and the confirmation of the price (published prices can be modified) and the way to follow to confirm your booking. In general, a pre-payment is required, its amount depending on the owner. At the reception of the pre-payment, the booking becomes definitive and the exact address of the apartment and the owners' phone numbers will be sent to you.

How to get the keys?
The keys consignation is done by the owner of the apartment at your arrival in town and after your booking confirmation. An appointment will be taken with the owner before.

How to operate the payment and give the deposit ?
If you haven't enterly paid the total amount of the location before your arrival in Rome, it will be asked you to pay the rest of the amount at the consignation of the keys. In general, a deposit is required (in Euros or U.S dollars). The deposit will be given back the day of your departure. This deposit protects the owner against eventual damages of the flat. The amount of the deposit will be communicated at the booking time if required by the owner.

When to vacate the apartment?
Usually the apartment must be empty at 10.00 A.M, the day of the Check-Out. But because of time schedules of planes and trains, this time can be changed if the apartment is still free during the day of the departure. The date of the keys consignation to the owner, will depend on the agreement done with him/her at your arrival.
