Apartamento muy lindo en el primer edificio de Venecia, con ràpidas conecciones con el resto de la ciudad, con vista sobre el canal y aire acondicionado.

Ubicaciòn: Piazzale Roma es el punto final de Venecia; se encuentra en el primer edificio de venecia donde hay todas las comodidades de la tierra y de las zonas insulares. El Puente Rialto se encuentra a solo 10 minutos. Cerca hay un supermercado, el correo, un banco y una farmacia.

Paradas vaporetti: Todas las lineas se encuentran a 5-50 metros; conecciones ràpidas con el Puente Rialto, Piazza San Marco, Biennale, Lido, Murano.
Todas las lineas de buses se encuentran a 100 metros; hay ràpidas conecciònes con los aeropuertos, parqueadero, alquiler de autos, trenes.
Classe: Còmoda, bien accesoriada.
Detalles: Vista sobre el canal sobre el Ponte Calatrava, 2 baños, buen precio/calidad, negocios de todo tipo, aire acondicionado.

- espacio abierto con cocina esquinera, fogònes, refrigerador con congelador, sofàcama matrimonial y mesa de vidrio; gracioso techo con vigas de madera y una maravillosa vista sobre el cana.

- una habitaciòn doble con cama matrimonial (o 2 individuales), ventanas y un baño privado con ducha
- escaleras particulares para ir hacia el àtico con vigas de madera donde hay un sofàcama
- TV a colores
- aire acondicionado

Whilst.the location of this spacious apartment overlooking the grand canal is a major plus, there were other factors which we found to be very disappointing. We had booked the apartment for four nights with one couple staying for three nights and the other couple for two nights. Despite our request for the second couple to have their own bed linen and towels when they arrived, this was never forthcoming, even though we had to pay all the charges. Secondly, despite Andrea promising us the use of a microwave in the apartment, which he gave us in writing, this failed to materialize. We discussed these omissions with Andrea after our stay, but have yet to hear from him. We would therefore caution any prospective tenants to ensure that before you pay out any monies on this apartment, you make sure you are getting what you are paying for. Furthermore, the " loft room" is a joke, and only suitable for dwarves and small children. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this unit or this company.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, and the location was perfect for us, being close to the port. We had some difficulty with the lock of the front door (of the apartment) - never quite knew whether it was locked or not, and sometimes it seemed stuck, but it did work after a few attempts (perhaps we are just not used to that kind of lock). There was no means of heating up food - the only cooking appliance being a hob. A microwave would be a nice addition.
