Recently renewed apartment, on the ground floor of a building located in a quiet area in the heart of Venice, with ateliers of Venetian artists, few meters far from Palazzo Grassi and the wonderful Saint Mark's square and Ponte di Rialto and Ponte dell'Accademia.
The apartment, of about 50 square meters, has every confort and new furniture. It is composed by a living room with double sofa-bed, a well equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwaves, dish washer, toaster, moka coffee maker, juicer), an elegant bed room with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
At guests's disposal: heating, tv satellite, radio, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. On demand: internet, portable air conditioning and baby cot.
Vaporetto stop is near the apartment. The city can be visited by foot and in some minutes with the public boat you can reach the Lido and the islands of Burano, Murano and Torcello. The area has all the necessary services: supermarket, restaurants, boutiques, bank, pharmacy, post office, etc.
