It's located on the second floor (third for US) without lift, with private entrance. It's composed by an independent well equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table and chairs for 4 guests; then there is a large and sunny living room with leather sofa, three armchairs and a glass table. From there you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the canal.

You will feel like home in the cozy debrooms, which are two: the first one with double bed and canal view, the second one with double bed (or two single beds) The bedrooms are completely furnished with nightables, closet and dressingtables. In the bathroom you'll find a bathtub and a bidet.
