Location is brilliant, a vibrant area. The apartment is lovely and spacious & clean. However the toilet flush in the main bathroom was not functioning and despite reporting on 2nd day didn't hear anymore so had to manage for rest of stay. Hit and miss if got hot water for showers , even if got water at all at times! An electric shower would be a good investment. We regularly Visit Venice and use Sleeping Venice ' as family are Venetian and usually very happy with apartments. J

Excellent apartment, comfortably furnished. Our only suggestion would be a better equipped kitchen for those occasional nights in! When I return to Venice I'll be hoping to book the same place. Molto grazie!
