Two beautiful apartments in an ancient Venetian palace in the district San Marco, in the heart of Venice. They are 1 minute away from the vaporetto stop "San Samuele-Palazzo Grassi" (Line 2) and 5 minutes from Sant'Angelo stop (Line 1 and Alilaguna) and Accademia stop. They are close to everything but in a quiet corner. They have been both well finished as for design and furniture to offer a suggestive welcome.

VEAP121: apartment located on the second floor. It comprises entrance hall, living room with three-mullioned window and comfortable sofa-beds, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
It can accommodate up to 5 people

VEAP122: exclusive apartment on the mezzanine (raised ground floor) equipped with Jacuzzi spa area adjacent to the living room and including pool and emotional shower. It consists of living room with French size sofa-bed , kitchen (with a table suitable for 5 people), double bedroom, another bedroom, 2 bathrooms.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. Minimum stay: 4 nights (3 nights stays can be accepted but an additional fee is required)

We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was very modern excellent tv satellite sound system and spa. However in the description it said there was a nespresso machine which there wasnt also there was no bottled of wine when we arrived or mineral water as advertised. The apartment had a very good location and easy to find your way to all.major attractions 5mins walk to anywhere and just off the san samuele swater stop. The rooms were very big and there was a washing machine however it did not dry the clothes so even though we were able to wash them nothing would dry in time even with he heating on so we could not dry out wet or clothes and were in damp.clothes most of the trip.the bed was comfy however there was only one light blanket and only 2 pillows available we usually have more or the option to have more also we could not find any extra blankets we had a cot set up in the room which was appreciated but they did not have any blankets for the baby bed just 1 sheet . The spa is very nice and cleaned daily but it cam be smelly they try their best to mask the smell with numerous sprays and etc around the room but thr water is cleaned after each persons stay. The lady Letizia who welcomed us was very informative and we were able to reach the apartment with less fuss she was able to be in touch throughout our stay which was very handy as our origional flight was cancelled so we werr delayed a few hours until another was found and they kindly allowed us to keep our bags there a few extra hours. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and loved the apartment just wondered where some hings were that were advertiadvertized and if they could have the option of more pillows and a extra blanket to be more comfortable thanks again for the stay
